It is therefore a top priority for us to continue to protect this environment. For this reason, we have considered various methods of sustainability, including:

  • Trash deposit system: ensures that every inch of the festival and camping area is cleared of trash at the end.
  • Green Camping: Completely waste-free zone, supported by waste containers to separate the waste and controlled by our staff.
  • Cooperation with Viva con Agua and Aktion Baum: Worldwide access to clean drinking water and tree planting campaign in Germany
  • Visit local information stands to find out more about the organizations and how you can help
  • Donate deposit cups to Viva con Agua or deposit at the collection station for charity
  • With your ticket purchase, you support Aktion Baum in planting trees to offset CO2 emissions
  • All drinks and food stands work exclusively with reusable tableware or compostable products.
  • Efficient use of water thanks to a closed-loop system of hygiene facilities
  • Shuttle buses from Puschendorf train station make it possible to travel by train
  • Merchandise collection consists mainly of sustainable materials and organic cotton
SAFETY INFORMATION

Storm: In case of an impending storm, the site may need to be evacuated. In this case, please pay attention to the announcements from the loudspeaker system and follow the instructions of the security personnel. Please remain calm and make your way quickly to the parking lot. If you have arrived by car, please also take other festival guests with you in your car. By turning on your hazard lights, you indicate that there is still space in your vehicle.

DIVERSITY

What would a festival be without the people? Every year, around 30.000 visitors from a wide variety of nations come together at the Open Beatz to celebrate their love of electronic music with national and international artists and newcomers. Each and every one of these people is important to us, regardless of whether they are visitors, artists, employees or emergency services. With so many people, a peaceful and harmonious celebration with each other is particularly important to us, where everyone is considerate of each other. Therefore, please treat your fellow human beings as you expect others to be treated.

You will receive access to your MyTicket portal with the order confirmation by email.

Only after personalization, you can download your ticket in the MyTicket portal.

Repersonalization of your ticket is possible at any time in the MyTicket portal. A fee of €10 will be charged for this.

ATTENTION! Your name MUST be on the ticket, as we will check every ID at the check-in.

ADDITIONAL ARTICLES

Additional articles such as Camping Pass, Saniflat, Car Camping, Parking tickets, and others can only be purchased in combination with a festival ticket.

You can add these to your cart in the second step of the ordering process.

A camping pass or car camping ticket can only be purchased in combination with a weekend ticket.

Alternatively, you can add additional articles at any time later in the MyTicket portal.

PARKING TICKET / CAR CAMPING

Parking tickets
You can purchase parking tickets in advance as an additional item in the second order step or subsequently in the MyTicket portal. The parking tickets are valid for the general parking area. A distinction is made between Day Parking and Weekend Parking. Spending the night in the parking lot (in the car) is strictly prohibited.

The parking lot and the campsite are located next to each other, so the walk from the car to the campsite entrance is limited to a maximum of 5 minutes.

Car Camping
With the Car Camping Pass you are allowed to park your vehicle, no matter if car, camper, caravan or trailer directly on the camping site. One Car Camping Pass is required per motorized vehicle (e.g. car + caravan = 1). Each occupant of the vehicle also needs a weekend ticket. Multiple entry and exit to the Car Camping site is not possible.

You are allowed to set up an additional tent next to your vehicle. Every person who wants to spend the night on the Car Camping site needs an additional camping pass. The Car Camping Ticket is only valid for the vehicle and not for the persons.

Please pay attention to the signs “Access Car Camping” when you arrive.

HARDTICKETS

Since February 2023, our tickets can also be purchased as hard tickets.

If you still can’t find it, you can have it sent to you again at the email address you provided when ordering, by clicking on “Help” in the top right corner of the Tickets page.

TICKET REFUNDS

All tickets are non-refundable.

RESALE / PURCHASE FROM THIRD PARTIES

The resale of tickets is only possible via the TicketPay MyTicket portal. Resale via other platforms such as TicketSwap, classified ads and others is not possible because the e-mail address is not changed via these platforms and therefore the ticket cannot be repersonalized.

Selling to strangers

The easiest way to resell your ticket is through TicketPay’s official resale shop. There you can offer your ticket for sale, you don’t have to look for a buyer and you don’t have to worry about the payment. As soon as the ticket has been sold and the money has arrived at TicketPay, TicketPay will transfer the amount to your specified bank account.

To do this, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the MyTicket portal
  2. Click the “To the ticket” button
  3. Right on “Resell ticket”
  4. Select ticket
  5. Click on “Resell”.
  6. Fill in the data and click on “Start resale”.

Example:

Selling or giving to friends

If you have a specific person who should get your ticket, then you have to re-personalize the ticket accordingly in the MyTicket portal. Please note that the person will then not be able to book any additional items, since access to the MyTicket portal will still be via your e-mail address.

Fees resale before personalization: 12.5% of the original purchase price

Fees resale after personalization: 12.5% plus 10 euros re-personalization fee

ATTENTION: Won Tickets can not be passed on or re-personalized.

Third Party Purchase

Please never buy a ticket via other platforms such as TicketSwap, classified ads or other platforms, as the risk of fraud is extremely high there. In addition, the name on the ticket is not changed on other sales platforms and is therefore not repersonalized to you. This will not give you access to the festival as the name on the ticket does not match the name on your ID. In addition, you do not have the option of buying additional items afterwards.

Other

If you have a discount code, please enter it in the appropriate field at the end of your order.
If you have problems with the payment process, please contact help@ticketpay.de directly
We cannot send you an invoice for the ticket purchase, you will receive this directly from TicketPay with your order.

FESTIVAL

AGE VERIFICATION

The underage youth and their legal guardian must identify themselves with a valid photo ID.

The legal guardian must not be intoxicated and must stay in the immediate vicinity of the underage person from beginning to end of the event. A person over 18 years of age can only supervise one person under 18 years of age at a time.

Both persons must collect their wristbands together at the check-in counter. If you, as a minor, arrive at the festival later than your accompanying person, and if they have already checked in before you, your accompanying person must leave the festival site again and appear at the check-in with you.
