Our legendary pre-party on the camping stage is the perfect start into the festival weekend. You can cool off at the idyllic swimming pond, take part in our sports activities and creative workshops or enjoy the fun area. You’ll find everything you need in the Edeka supermarket on site. And on the food mile, you can enjoy numerous culinary offerings such as breakfast, lunch and snacks – including vegetarian and vegan options to suit every taste.
BASIC CAMPING
Our Basic Camping is ideal for those who want to be right in the middle of things and bring their own tent. With short distances to all the main attractions, the area offers plenty of space, clean sanitary facilities with hot showers, electricity connections and water-flushed toilets. The campsite is divided into several pitches, which are allocated according to arrival time.
GREEN CAMPING
The Green Camping is a separate area for the environmentally minded people among you. There is a no-waste policy that ensures that this area remains waste-free. This camping area is also a Quite Zone. Perfect for anyone who needs a relaxing break in between.
EASY CAMPING
Don’t feel like carrying all your camping equipment with you? Then save yourself the trouble and book your FestiTent for a relaxed camping experience! FestiTent ensures that your 1-, 2- or 4-person tent is already set up when you arrive at the Open Beatz Festival. So you can get straight into the party weekend. You can order your FestiTent in the ticket shop or in your MyTicket portal.
CAR CAMPING
Do you have enough of the simple life at the campsite or are you a chronic “over-packer”? Then bring your own motorhome or other vehicle that you want to sleep in and park it on our car camping site! Important: A car camping ticket is required for each vehicle.

ACTIVITIES
Shuffle Workshop
At the shuffle workshop, you can learn the hottest dance moves and improve your style. Our coach will teach you the basics and cool combinations that you can then use straight away. Move your legs and shuffle over the dance floor.
Yoga Workshop
Our yoga workshop offers the perfect opportunity to relax body and mind. You can recharge your batteries in the midst of nature before heading back into the festival bustle. Whether beginner or advanced – everyone is welcome here to switch off and gather new energy together!
Gym
In our Open Gym “Open Beatzeps” you can flex your muscles and keep your summer body in shape. Targeted muscle training is the name of the game here. Whether pull-ups, rope climbing or bench presses – our CrossFit facility offers you the perfect environment to perform a variety of exercises.
Fun Area
Visit our fun area where you can compete with others in drinking games, gaming stations and challenges. From Beerolympics and Mario Kart to the Spyra Arena. Action is guaranteed here!
Open Church
The Open Church creates connections between different religions. All religions are welcome here. Come here to retreat and chat with others – this is your safe space.
