What are additional items?
Additional items are tickets that can be added to your main ticket (= festival ticket).
Attention!
Only additional items that are valid in combination with your main ticket can be booked. Combinations. See below..
How can additional items be booked?
You can purchase additional items in two ways: either during the ordering process. main ticket purchase process or later in the My-Ticket Portal.
During the ordering process
- Ticketshop (www.openbeatz.de/tickets) open
- Select the main ticket, choose the quantity, and add it to the cart.
- Clickc„next“
- In the second step, you will find all additional items available for your selected ticket.
- Select the desired additional items, choose the quantity, and add them to the cart.
- Clickc„next“
- Provide customer details.
- Complete the payment.
- Afterwards, you will receive an order confirmation at your email address with your personal link to the My-Ticket portal.
- Personalize and download the tickets.
If you are ordering tickets for yourself and your entire group, we recommend providing the email address of each person for each main ticket. This way, each individual can later purchase additional items, not just the buyer of the main tickets, as each person will have access to their own My-Ticket portal.
Subsequent booking.
You have ordered your ticket yourself.
You can find the link to your personal My-Ticket portal in the order confirmation email you received after successful payment. If you can no longer find this email, please click on the following link, enter your email address, and the link will be automatically sent to you again.
A friend ordered the ticket for you.
If a friend purchased the ticket for you, only the buyer will receive this email. After the purchase, the buyer must personalize the tickets for each individual. If the buyer provided your personal email address, you should have received your ticket as a PDF in your inbox, along with a link to your personal My-Ticket Portal.
However, if the buyer used their own email address for all tickets and sent your ticket to you, e.g., as a PDF via email or WhatsApp, you won't have access to the My-Ticket Portal. In that case, the original buyer needs to either update the email address associated with your ticket in the My-Ticket Portal to yours or purchase any additional items on your behalf.
Im My-Ticket Portal
Once you have access to your My-Ticket Portal, you can easily click on "Additional Items" on the right side and purchase items at any time afterward.
- You will see all the additional items that are compatible with your main ticket.
- Select the desired additional items, choose the quantity, and add them to the cart.
- Clickc„next“
- Provide customer details.
- Complete the payment.
- Afterward, you will receive a confirmation email, and your additional items will also be visible in your My-Ticket Portal.
